How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as your purchase is complete. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, but timing is key! We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we won't be able to make changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard shipping typically takes 7-12 days based on the location. Delivery times vary based on order locations.
Do you offer free shipping ?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply.
Do you ship internationally
We're working on expanding our shipping! Currently, we ship to the US, UK, China and Canada. Stay tuned as we add more countries soon.
